Commercial Interiors (Tenant Finish Outs)
We are a company that does finish carpentry. We have had the oppurtunity to look at doing some tenant finish outs. We would be doing the Metal Stud Framing, Metal Doors, Jams, Door Hardware, and Sheet Rock, and Ceilings. These are smaller commercial interior renovation projects.
1. Will the tape and bed work need to be included in my part? 2. Should the insulation be incuded in my part? 3. How should this be bid out? This will be far the Dallas Fort Worth Market. Any Suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Last edited by jamtrim; 10-18-2008 at 10:53 PM. |
