Can anyone make any sense of this BS?

This is off the trade topic but I was so confused I thought I would share. It's from a local Clist add for concrete. Here is the actual link http://nashville.craigslist.org/sks/1422989738.html

It looks to me that the person who posted it probably used an online translator, English most likely not his first language. Online translators happen to make the translation garbled like that. That's my take on it.
