Black Marks Left By Inside Corner Applicator

Hey people,

does anyone else have this problem? I have a Can-Am inside corner applicator head, and its leaving black marks from the metal periodicaly in the corners, and it really sucks trying to remove it.

Does anyone use the teflon inside corner applicators? I am going to try one tomorrow, and get rid of the can am ones if the teflon ones work good.

Jay

Yep, I get the same thing every once in a while if I'm in a rush and twist the handle and tweak the head. As silly as that last sentence was I'm sure you know what I mean.

Re: Black Marks Left By Inside Corner Applicator

AARC, I get them from time to time also... it's the head being forced through the corner thats all.... either twist the head or tube the right way or what i like to do is less pressure I can usually "float" the applicator along the angles...

But other than the stupid customer. Its really nothing to worry about as its covered up no problem with primed and painted.....
