What Mortar Should I Use For These Patio Paving Stones?

I'm painting all the rooms in this lady's house. Some of the paving stones on her front porch are loose. She asked me if I could fix them. I told her I probably could, but would want to do some research because it's not my area of expertise.

So what do you guys think? How would you fasten these pavers? The 2 corners pavers are the ones that are loose.
