Are These Pre-cast Steps?

I need to demo these. Can you tell from the pic whether they are pre-cast and therefore hollow? They are laid on top of each other if that helps. Would a sledge suffice?

Thanks

They certainly look like precast, and a sledge would do them nicely. But Im not licensed so we'll wait for more responses

They look like pre-cast.
Bring your bolt cutters, good ones
will have plenty of mesh.

If they are precast, get your excavator to take them away. Lots cleaner & quicker.

Greener if you can find a new home for them.

LOL....i missed all the fun in that other thread. My own unlicensed opinion judging from the small photo is that they are precast. It never hurts to rent an excavator though just for fun.

I've found a bar to be much better to work with than a sledge.
