Stucco Vs Dry-vit
I have a client getting ready to build outdoor entertainment...bar fireplace etc. I am looking at the design and all of it is stick on stone. going to look pretty dull and have no depth. thought stucco would look good to offset 25' tall fireplace in center but not sure about it. I am in kentucky, all homes use dry-vit around here for that stucco look but since this is not a home, not attached to the home, shouldn't be mold issues. I am concerned about freezing. If basically the stick on material is netting, a stucco like mortar and then the stick on stone, what's the difference to stop at the stucco? Is it a crack and peeling issue/
