Stonework Questions

I've come across some granite which is suited for building a nice looking wall such as what's in the picture below.

Is this granite in the PA area running around around $275-300? Last time I checked labor rates for installing it was about $25/sqft-has it gone up much in teh last couple of years?

Re: Stonework Questions

If anything like my area, the price has went down. Seems people are charging just enough to put gas in the truck just to stay working.

Re: Stonework Questions

thats crazy. evry couple of weeks or so it seems like the prices for work shoot one way or the other. i did alot of contracting on cape cod the last couple of years and i was charging $48 per square face foot. and that was just for field stone, thats an all included price too. don't sell yourself short. of course the prices are definately gonna be different according to your demographic, maybe it's time for some research. couldn't hurt!
