Solid Grouting


What would be the easiest way to solid fill 2 courses deep into existing block with a sill on it? Pour it loose, mortart bag it in over some stuffed news paper?

Mortar bags work good. As long as your just wanting to make a solid top and NOT weight bearing. Give yourself a good 4-5 iches of mortar though.
