Retaining Wall

One of my friends has asked me to help him with a 8" CMU retaing wall. We will be epoxying and dowelling in to an existing 8" wall starting from the footings and at the bond beams. However, the existing wall is at an angle, so where we tie-in, will not be a perfect right angle. THere's probably about a 2" gap between the new block and the existing block towards the front of the wall. My question is what is the best way(structurally) to make up the difference. Do I just stick a form against the blocks before I grout? Any help is appreciated.

Re: Retaining Wall

Form it up if you're not worried about looks, otherwise cut your block. I don't normally epoxy the rebar in when adjoining an existing wall, but not knowing your situation, I won't say not to. Make sure your holes are very clean or the epoxy won't hold.
