Resin Medallions

Anyone have an idea what these are worth? I picked up 12 of them at an embarrassing price, left over from a new aparment complex. They are 4' in diameter, made of a sand/resin casting process.

Yikes! 4' and not easy to incorporate into anything shy of LARGE. No idea on pricing and I'm curious what you might do with a dozen?

I will hang one on the wall in my garden and sell the rest. They are ceiling medalions.

Tscar,
That's what I thought they were but was surprised at the size. They would look nice in a garden setting and marketing them that way is certainly going to garner you more interest than what they were made for IMHO. Good luck!

Wow! I'm sure they were not cheap to buy the 1st time. Maybe your grandkids could sit on them long enough to find a buyer.
I agree, put them in the garden.

id test the waters and place one on ebay and market it as, like you say, garden decoration.im sure there is some woman out there that will just have to have that in her garden.and the beauty of ebay is they pay shipping and handling,so you wont be out a dime.

Not exactly the same, but this will give you an idea of what ceiling medallions go for:

www.outwater.com

pages 700-710, 725-740

When you decide on a price let me know. Might be interested in a few or all, depending.

Now I know why you bought them. for that price I'd have been all over them, why? I don't know why, it just sounds like a great price. I'd buy them with the intention of turning a quick profit, I'd end up throwing them in storage some place, find them in 5 years, sell them and lose money, then buy something similar the next day and repeat the process.

About 130-156 bucks if resin, 3000 or more if it is wood (each).
