Parge Or Paint?
Got a customer who wants their exposed foundation wall parged. It's about 2ft. high above grade level all around the back and sides of the house. It's all bare and clean poured concrete, and not a big deal to do, however I'm not a big fan of parging. Even when done right, moisture eventually sets in and starts to flake. Would it be a good alternative to prime and paint?

Re: Parge Or Paint?
The moisture will set in and peel the paint, too. Sounds like a good job to upsell them on a stucco stone application.....
