Installing Wrought Iron Rails In Concrete

I need to remove broken wrought iron rails from concete and install a new set of handrails. What are the best methods for setting the new iron rails in a new hole in existing concrete?

Roto hammer and core bit.
Por-Rok, or some similar non-shrink grout.
