how to build a masonery outdoor baking oven

The ideal shape looks like a pear cut in half. To simply create this shape the ovenbuilders in Tyrol use sawdust and water to create a form. Vinestreetworks is releasing a film that describes the building of a baking oven from start to finish. you can watch a trailer at www dot vinestreetworks dot com

Outdoor brick baking oven

I learned about this when shooting a film for vinestreetworks. The title of the film is "Tyrolean Ovens and stoves". The film shows step by step as a tyrolean ovenbuilder builds a traditional Brick Baking oven and a Leadstone heating stove. The film is available on DVD and VHS. More information about the film and a trailer is available on the website (just ad www in front and com in the end of the companys name. And do not hesitate to ask me if any questions occur I speak german and can comunicate with the builder if I can't answer...

Some guy here in Chicago spent five years in Italy, I think it was Venice learning to make authentic pizza. He came back home and opened a restuarant here, he flew three Italian oven builders over to build it, it cooks a pizza in like two minutes, get's to like 1200 degress, and is wood fired. The next day when they come to work in the restaurant, the oven is still over 500 degrees.

So how is the pizza Woz? Never tell about food with at least saying if it is good or great or dog food.

joasis, Chicago has some of the best pizza anywhere, be it thin crust, deep dish or stuffed, we also have great hot dog joints, and some of the best Italian beef sandwiches around.

Pizza and Bread

Pizza and bread can be baked in the same type of ovens. If commercailly baking Pizza continuously, the fire is kept burning in a corner of the oven. For household use you would clean out the oven before baking and start baking the pizzas which need the highest heat and then go on to bread and maibe finish up with a stew. Hope I got your mouth watering by now.
