Foam Insulation
I have a customer with an older cinder block building that has been having trouble with water getting inside. All of the spots with bad grout have been replaced, the cracks sealed and the building repainted. Now he would like us to try filling the block cells with foam insulation. I haven't done this before, has anyone else done this and have any idea if it will help?

Re: Foam Insulation
In my opinion, it is not worth the cost or the effort for the small gain in insulation.
In this area, the material alone is seventy cents a block. |
