flu liner installation

I need advice on installation of a stainless steel liner I am putting inside a ceramic tile chimney.

The 6 in. round stainless steel pipe is flexible and comes with an outer ceramic bag that fits over the ss pipe.

How do I pull the whole thing into the 8 inch existing chimney?

I have some experience doing ss pipe, but I have never installed the outer ceramic wool bag along with a pipe installation.
Thanks for any advice.

In this situation, the only advice that matters is the manufacturers installation instructions. Doing anything other than what they say, explicitly, could open you up to extreme liability.

Drill 2 small holes on the end

install tie wire trippled up for strength attached to chain. drop chain down flue. have some one in the firebox pull it on down as you guide it straight from the top. This is how I've done it with success
