because i was dealing with the local chamber.i knew that they had secured the money from out local tourism board,rotary club,and donations.so i knew the money was there.this job took me 45 hours to complete,over a two week period.
got a call from my contact and she told me my check was ready,that the person i had talked to friday didnt know what was going on.
