crazy weather

as i sit here at home this morning i am listening to the weather man tell me of a blizzard warning here for today.i am also hearing the sleet hit my windows and also hearing thunder every now and then.
wed.it was 70 degrees here,today the high will be about 35.
last night south of my town there were tornado warnings and hail.

what crazy weather we have in oklahoma.

I grew up in Hutchinson KS and know exactly what you are talking about. Now i live in SC and the weather is really boring!

I am working through my taxes.....great day for it.

It was close to 85 here last week........and spring in the air. Not today.

most of the day all we got here was sleet,about 5 inches worth.then about 7 last night it started snowing and when i got up this morning at 7 it was still snowing.i have some sandstone in my front yard along my sidewalk(about 16 inches high)that are completely covered.the drift in front of my car is about 3 foot high.
both highways leading into my hometown are closed.
wish i had bought more grocs yesterday.

ran out of diet dr pepper,so i had to make a trek to the store.
well kinda.........my sisters own the store and i helped them clear the sidewalk this morning.

Stacker,
Your not looking so buff in those carhartts, what happened to the naked mason?

I sure don't envy you there, we had that look all winter long. I am ready for about 3 months of spring to get some work done.

Stay off the roads, I hear those okie's don't know how to drive in the snow and ice.
