Block Foundation Mason Needed In NJ

I am about to break ground on a 18'x22' family room addition. It is on a crawl space. I will be using 8" block, 6 courses high over a 2" poured floor. The excavation will be completed this week. The mason I have lined up is questionable as far as having the time to do it. Are there any Mason's available in the Northern Jersey area (Wayne)?

if u do find one im sure theyll give u a tail light garantee with a 2" slab.. u need to put a footing under the blocks not a skim coat of crete(2") over the ground,,

The block will be on 8" deep x 16" wide footings, not on the slab.
