Best Place To Get Integral Lights?

The couple I am working for mentioned they like the way their neighbors lights look. I found out they are called integral lights. Anyone know the best place to pick some of these up or what they are? Thanks

What about buddingco.com it seems cheaper and the barton website is confusing to use. Anyone used that one?
