WEATHERGUARD 1908 Heavy-Duty Protect-A-Rail Cab Protector

Bought this a couple years ago for my truck, but now I'm going to put high-side boxes on the bed and a full ladder rack, so this will interfere with that. Paid around 300 for it, and it's yours for 100.
4' antennas, lights, and associated wiring included.

Model 1908 Heavy Duty PROTECT-A-RAIL® Cab Protector
Dimensions: H: 26 3/8 L: 71
Weight (lbs.): 46
• Headache rack designed to protect the cab of the pickup from shifting loads in the cargo area.
• In black Armor-Tuf powder coating on steel

It was on a Ford F-250, but should fit any full-sized pickup.
