Selling My Condo

I'm selling my condo. I am upgrading to a house. If anyone wants to take a look at my handy work... http://www.reliableamerican.us/1719/

Re: Selling My Condo

Looks like it turned out well, congrats on continuing with the plan and moving on to the next step with buying a house.

(place looks bigger than I would have thought for 214K, didn't think you had a place big enough for a pool table.)

Re: Selling My Condo

The pool table is in the newly redecorated common area, and the price is actually fairly affordable for the area. Around here new 3,500 square feet houses start at $700,000.

We placed an offer on a house and it was accepted, contingent on sale of our unit. So now I need to find a buyer or renter. Here is the new house: http://www.progressiverealtyplus.com...w&listingID=12

That price seems very reasonable for Glenview, unless things have changed out there recently. You forgot to put the Glenview House down as one of the local benefits (don't know if it's still there). Looks like the new place is not to far from Talisman village, great area and not far from Pinocchio's Pizza Pub (one of my favorites, if you haven't been there try it).

Re: Selling My Condo

Yeah I am stumbling... errr walking distance from Glenview House. That's kinda what I meant when I said "walking distances from restauraunts." Also "Grandpa's" is right around the corner as well... two local Glenview establishments, and if you map quest it you will also see I am walking distance from the country club, not like anyone with a membership would dare walk anywhere.

It really is a good price seeing as a town house in the building next door went for $500,000 and is only a slight bit larger, but has a 2nd floor. I'm priced to sell quick so I can move into my new digs. I've got some bites on Ebay already as well, but no offers so far.
