Ramp load
side door
Wired for 12 volt lights and 120 volt lights and power
Has work benches all ready to work as a mobile shop or back yard too shed.

Rated at 10,000 lbs lod capacity
dual axel torsen spring
Electric brakes
bearings done
spare tire
Excelent tires low road milage was mainly used as lot trailer.
Has a couple small dings on one side
Inspected
TOOLS NOT included tool chest are not included wood benches are pegboard included
Located in BURNABY BC
