Re: Circular Saw

Try your local pawn shops. You'd be surprised what people will pawn.

Personally, I picked up a decent corded Dewalt hammer drill for $40 when I needed an old drill to mix thinset, mortar, mud, etc.

Re: Circular Saw

I have a left handed Makita with all the bells and whistles, used only a few times .Think it was about 170 new with case. Let it go real cheap.

Only thing is the dust port on the guard blows the saw dust all over your lap, or in your face .... Other than that, real nice saw.

Re: Circular Saw

Yes I do carpentry, but I use other people's tools, and it does get annoying when you dont have your own tools. And I am not doing that much work untill the summer, so I am going to get some thing cheap for now, and save up for a good one.

And Teetor I will use it for basic framing and genral work, nothing to serious.

OsNap, don't you live near Yardville? Take a trip down to Columbus Market on Sundays. Somebody is always selling tools there.
