Welding Topic?


I've seen a few welders join recently. Do you guys think we need a welding topic? We could up it under Specialty Trades

Probably so, as it is truly a specialty trade as it relates to construction. Pipe and structural steel, mostly. I'm just afraid that the welding forum area, without some descriptive heading, would turn into an area to discuss rust repair on the automobile, welding the break in the snow plow, etc., and wouldn't be an area to discuss construction related welding.

Maybe "Steel Workers" would be a better title. Try it and see what happens ,you never know.

For my own curiosity, I'd enjoy it. I don't do much anymore and would like to know where it's going.
