Thread Closed - Excuse Me

Hello,

Our thread was just closed as the moderator assumed we were not a contractor.

We own and manage a property company which includes a licensed contractor and several other workers.

Our latest large scale project (renovating a 100/year old foreclosed home) just so happens to be owned by me.... Therefore I am the homeowner (we own several properties, some personally and some through the business).

So please open my thread back up and let me remove the mention to homeowner.

Thanks

I have posted your concern in the staff area. Please be patient.

In the interim, please add your location to your profile and do an intro in the introduction section.

Re: Thread Closed - Excuse Me

At what point did "managing a property company" entitle you to call yourself a contractor?

Man we let just about anyone in here these days.

Does your state required contractors to be registered/licensed? If so, what is your number?
