Would it be against the rules to have a recruitment/networking/referal area on this forum?

I was just thinking that this is a great resource for contractors to network or find work or solicit for employees. An area desinged strictly for threads like the one mentioned above.

I realize that this isn't what the site was desinged for.

I second Humble's motion, based on the fact that I recently learned that plumber's are in desparately short supply in Oklahoma. The kids in this high school are very thristy:
