Is there a way to make pics smaller (from 280 kb to 200 kb)to fit on here?

apparently, I'm a complete idiot because I tried them both & still can't get anywhere Did manage to get charged $10 tho, so that makes it official I am an idiot. think I'll just stick to masonry Believe it or not, I do some pretty nice work. Wish I could show some of it

PixResizer is free....I've been using it for years ...my version is PIXresizer 1.0.9 ...the latest build is 2.0.3 .
Their homepage (http://bluefive.pair.com/) doesn't have pricing on anything?
