Manatory Profile Requirements

Hi Nate,
Maybe there's a reason, but just wondering why you wouldn't make certain info ie.. What region or state you're from
What you do for a living
Maybe age
Manatory to be filled out when joining. Seems to me when alot of members post and ask for help or whatever in order to really be of help to them you need this type of info and when you look at their profile it's blank. Just wondering!

I have absolutely no interest in making that sort of information 'public'. In fact, if you want to run me off the board, that's all you need to do - make it mandatory.

Very good point, I understand that too. I guess I get tired of having members post a question for help on something, and you have no clue even what trade they are talking about. I say trade should/could be mandatory, region or age is unnecessary.

yea, I have no interest in making that info mandatory. If people want to give it fine but most people want to be anonymous.
