If you look hard enough it took you a full 4 minutes to respond with your love letter. Instant is instant. You could have my ear at will if you get on board with this thing. I won't give you anything else though.

Gus, instant messaging refers to outside software package such as, Yahoo Instant Messenger, Skype, Windows Live Messenger, MSN Etc..

You would have to download one of those or what the person you are tying to message has, in order to instant message him.

I hope that helps, I was a little confused at first by your question.
