Getting Logged Out

Anyone else having a problem of getting logged out? Even though I have clicked on remember me. Sometimes even though logged in it logs me back out.

Re: Getting Logged Out

Yep.. workaround is go to your My Account tab at top when you login the first time (it will do as before and ask for login again), then login again from there... don't know why but seems to take care of it...

Yep, I was having trouble, still can't get in from Tapatalk. I had to change my password though, does that matter to tapatalk?

Re: Getting Logged Out

There is an issue that I reported to the support staff today.

If you login from the homepage of the site, it will confirm you are logged in, but if you click on forums, you are no longer logged in and it just keeps taking you around in a vicious circle.

To fix it you have to log completely out and then go to the forum page to login.

Case #2786835.

Let me know if your issue is different.

I had the same issue for about 3 or 4 days so I couldn't ban the spammers in the mornings as I usually do. It seems to be OK now with your workaround suggestion and Crickets advice.

At least for me.

I just sent the ticket yesterday. It takes a bit longer than that for the techs to track down this issue and fix it.

Re: Getting Logged Out

I don't know why or what I am doing wrong, but I am still having problems of staying logged in. Even though I have remember me checked it does not remember me. Log in first time says successfully logged in, then click on forum or new posts and get logged out. Sign in again then it takes me to the redirect page and things work fine until put pc to sleep or close out page am on. ??

Re: Getting Logged Out

I came home from work the other day and found myself logged out, about the same time it happened to you guys. Logged back in via the forum page, and it hasn't happened again.

Desktop, running XP and Chrome.

All due respect, that's not a fix but a workaround... any idea when it will actually be fixed so you can login from the homepage?...

Sorry Easy, my bad. Saw a couple off the wall posts by Jerkface and had no idea it was you. Now I understand.

You know the deal. Hit Cricket up for a reset password.
