Ad Links

Must the ad links necessarily open on top of Contractor Talk? Can they be set to open in a new window (without right clicking and selecting that)? or do the advertisers want them to open on top of this site?

Sometimes I want to check out an ad while still poking around on the forum, and if I often forget to right click.

Re: Ad Links

Its not something that I am in control of. I think they are set that way because some pop-up blocker programs will stop you from being able to see the new page.

I'm sure you have ContractorTalk.com bookmarked though You can always get back here...

Re: Ad Links

Nate,
Will you be putting a link to the new Arch. Forum from the front page here eventually?

Re: Ad Links

There is a link on the very bottom of the page as well as a banner rotating on top. Are you asking if I'm going to add a tab like we have to the DIY forum?

I wasn't thinking about changing a design just yet.

I guess I could add a link where the business forum link is at theo bottom of the homepage. Is that what you were thinking?

Thats what I was thinking, like the dyi and business seems so easy to shuffle back and forth. I have to check this out again maybe I'm missing something. Well keep up the good work, and thanks for trying to help me post pics the other night. Between your help and the others I think I have it now...hopefully!
