Who Are You Guys

Hello. I just found this site, and knew I'd have to join.
I am a 43 y.o. residential superintendent from San Diego. I am a journeyman carpenter, and former G.C. in the remodeling and finish work rat race. I am now running work 40 hrs. a week for Wardell Builders, a high end residential company. I look forward to visiting all the forums, and making new friends.
Dave

How many "clam's" do you expect? Or are you a claims inspector?
