Tball_Construction/East TN

Just wanted to introduce myself I'm new to site and I read the post when I have time from work.I am a GC in East Tennessee. Types of work Custom Homes, Spec homes. Just really getting started in about the last 2 years or so and am learning every day.I currently work 36 hours a week in factory but plan to be full time in next year or so. Wife is a real estate agent so she is bringing me allot of new business.I try to build every house like I would want if I had to live there and am very Quality Minded since I have worked in quality for the past 28 yrs.Any advice is welcome and again great site!:

Welcome tball,
Mind if I ask what part of East TN? Im in Greeneville/JC area. Wouldnt mind talkin to you when you have the time. Right now I do mostly electrical work and small construction projects. I do however have people asking about new homes.

Welcome! We are considering a property outside of Jefferson, NC. Should be near your neck of the woods. We're planning on a summer trip, PM info if you'd like to tilt a few. Going to try to tie it into the Scottish games.
