Starting All Over - Michigan
Hey there every body ive stumbled on to this site in the past for quick answers and it is the best thing ever. Its saved me i dont know how many times from just looking at old topics. I now registered so if i can help I will. I am a GC in michigan im 25 years old and just recently left a six year partnership. This slow economy has really shown the bad side of people. Im pumped for the remainder of the year, I started all over by myself and very excited for this weather to break.

 This economy just flushes the hacks and low bidders out. The ones that are true professionals will still be here for the rewards Hang in there spring is almost here

I agree a large percentage of those hacks probably left and went south. Im stayin for the long haul. By the way im from north oakland county area.
