Rehabbing In South Dakota
Hi,
Recently started a business on the side with my dad. We buy properties that require some work, fix em up and then rent them. Been doing this for about a year, and it has been a steep learning curve. I am a nurse full time, work 3 12hour shifts a week, so it gives me the flexibility to do something in addition. I hope in the future to get mostly out of nursing and more into business management of the company. Stumbled across this site working some long boring nights. Tim |
