How do you post your photo up. I don't want to scare anyone, but I like when I see who I am talking to.

Two places, both under User CP (control panel).
The first is your avatar, which appears next to all of your posts. The second, is your profile pic. You can edit both by clicking on User CP, and using the controls on the left hand column.
