Paslode Nailer

Hi there,

I live in the UK. I'm going to the US in a few weeks for a long weekend. I'm going to buy a Paslode nailer to bring back to the UK with me, seeing as they are less than half the price in the US compared to the UK. I'm going to get the Paslode 900420. Does anyone know if this is the same as the Paslode IM350 in the UK and do they use the same fuel cells and nails? Also, does anyone know of a better nailer that I should buy instead?

Bring a clip of nails with you to compare. They wont let you pack a fuel cell on the plane i dont think. In fact you might have trouble getting the nail gun back home in your luggage post 9/11, Why cant you buy one online?

Re: Paslode Nailer

It will be fine if it's packed in my luggage. My fiancee brought me back a chainsaw last week. If I buy on line it doesn't work out much less by the time I've paid for postage and import tax. Good idea about bringing some nails over with me.

Thanks, Simon
