Newbie From Sacramento CA

Howdy, I am in my mid 30s, flipped / renovated several properties in past 8 years (as an owner). I recently passed the test and got my General Contractor License. I currently have a full time job (not construction related) that pays my bills, I plan on slowly learning the ropes of the trade and shift from being an Employee to an Employer over time. I will be seeking out advice, mentors from this community especially those who started like me, made that transition and are well established.

Would appreciate one advice that you think made the most difference, what would that be?

thanks,
Brad

Be determined. Constantly sell yourself and your business to anyone who will listen and some of those who will not.

Welcome to the forum.
