Newbie From OH...its Gettin Cold!

Hi Guys...someone suggested I introduce myself, so here I go;
I'm 45, started as a mason apprentice workin for my Dad (builder) while still in high school. Decided to be a carpenter at 20. Worked as a framer for 4yrs, then trained as a finish carpenter. At 27, went to work for a remodeling co. which taught me siding, roofing, drywall, basic electrical/plumbing. Started my own business in '93. We (jokingly) say we do everything "from the mailbox back", but thats pretty accurate. My jobs have included full additions from digging the foundation, to capping the roof, including all phases between. I rarely sub out anything other than an electrician, unless scheduling is a problem.
90% of my work is smaller projects since I only keep a 3-man crew fulltime. Mostly kitchen/bath remods, vinyl siding, etc. The past two years have been alot of re-roofs, this part of OH. has had some major hailstorms lately. I've built a strong reputation for quality work in my area, and am happy to say 100% of my jobs (last 3yrs.) have been either repeat clients or referral.
That pretty much sums it up..nice to meet you all!

I am in Indiana and it is getting very cold here too. I am sure we will be seeing snow soon, lots of it.

Here in Indy there seems to be a ton of remodeling businesses, everyone is very entrepreneurial, is it the same way in Ohio?
