Newbie Intro

I've been watching this forum for quite some time and never formally introduced myself.
I'm Dave.
I'm 32, married, 2 kids, 2 cars, and a mortgage.
I'm a paper pusher for a general contractor.
I have a background in residential design & project managment.
I've found this site very beneficial when I have a question I need answered or an idea I'm kicking around in my head...seems like everything has been tried before so I'm grateful to benefit from your experience.
That is all.
