Brand new to the site.

I am in the very early stages of a business proposal and need some rough numbers to plug in. Looking for ballpark cost on clearing, grading, and paving 384,000 sq ft of land. Any help would be appreciated in getting these numbers. I know there are tons of variables but all my experience up to this point has been basic home contracting work. Really just looking for ballpark estimates on these items or advice where to go to find it. Thanks in advance.
