New PA Contractor Here
Have been getting beat badly on prevalling wage jobs I do Site work Had a large Site Company in Maryland But Due to the Drop in Houseing market me and my partner closed it down and I started on my own here in Pa and tring to get a foot in the door here is hard need help with this prevalling wage and how to price the hourly pay and fring benefits any help would be a big help I dont want to go jail
