hello all, I am in Jax, Fl. I own and run a resid/commercial construction company. We pretty much specialize in affordable/entry level new construction on the residential side. and maybe a custom home here or there, but i prefer not to. On the commercial side, we have been doing build outs for various strip centers, and working our way to doing the whole project ourselves. I also own a roofing company, that does mostly residential re-roofs. I have interest in doing a smaller development, if this market ever changes, more of an affordable housing development. I guess that is it, I have actually been reading posts on here for quite some time, figured I should go ahead and join. I am the qualifier for both companies, and enjoy them very much, would enjoy it a lot more if these banks would get back to half way normal. Its messed up when my buyers can get a loan easier than I can, and I have had the same relationships for years, never been late, never not paid...its crazy..anyway, talk to you all soon.
