New Here. What A Site !!!

Was just looking for info if rebar was needed for the footer I was fixing to pour for one concrete block high, running a 49 ft. distance, to apply flagstone. I'm hooked. Didn't get the info, but what a way to display your work.

For your original question - time to talk to the inspector's / building department in your neck of the woods for all the specs you need to meet - I would put it in, even if its not required
