Cool

New Guy From Texas

Sorry guys, I was just informed I had commited a breach of etiquette by asking a question before saying 'hi'. Just found the site today while looking for advice. I have been involved in general carpentry since about 1978, and am based in central Texas. Got the bug from my uncle who was an all around carpenter and a world class cabinet maker. This looks like a great forum and I hope I can be an asset to it.

Welcome. I was stationed at Ft. Hood for a few years and lived in Gatesville. Nice friendly folk there.

Thanks for the tip! Computers don't really like me and I consider them only to be sort of a necessary evil. My wife has dragged me kicking & screaming into the cyberworld. Sites like this though might change my opinion.

Yeah, Gatesville/Ft. Hood/Killeen area is about 60 mi. from me. I've spent some time around there and met some quality people. Thanks for your service!
