New Guy Hoping To Learn And Contribute.

Hi folks, name is Bill. I flip houses in the Boston area. Mostly Newton/Wellesley. Our house projects kept getting more and more involved in terms of additions and bump-outs, and I would also have neighbors around the flip houses ask me to do certain things they liked on the flip house to their house so I eventually got my license.

I don't claim to be an expert but I enjoy the work and sometimes get a little too ambitious so it's great to have a resource like this where I can come ask questions and contribute when appropriate.

I recently bought a 240 year old house and barn that I've been renovating for myself. Amazing to see how the old carpenters did it. No nails, all notching and pegs. If I find the right thread I'll try to post some pictures.

Yep, one more thing for the to do list. When I got my license I registered my business and got a web address to match but haven’t had a chance to set it up yet. I saw there was a business section, maybe I’ll see if anyone has a good website design company they’d recommend.
