New General Contractor From MD

Hello everyone,

I'm a GC from Columbia MD. We do work in the Baltimore/Washington Corridor. Typical jobs for me are: Residential - additions, kitchens, baths, basements, decks/sunrooms, hardwood floors (I sub out the mechanicals).

Commercial we do tenant build outs, and a sub work for larger firms.

Currently we're trying to make inroads into Govt. contracting and more light commercial. The residential work is our bred and butter while we try to shift gears to focus more on the commercial side of things. That learning curve is what led me to find this site.

David
