New To Forum From North Carolina

Hello from the foothills of NC. Work has almost crawled to a stop here, just wondering how the vinyl siding or hardiplank industry is in other parts of the US? Nice to meet everyone.

Hey rwssiding,

Sorry to hear vinyl siding has hit a low point. If you're interested in learning a new trade, and maybe taking some hourly wage to the marketing bank for your own business, we could provide you with some seasonal work.
So long as you got the hard part of maintaining a driver's license and social security card, mixing up thinset and cutting tile is the easy part. Give me a buzz sometime...

If not, good luck dude

Re: New To Forum From North Carolina

Vinyl is very very slow in New England. As suggested, considering learning other aspects of the trade, including installing other materials for siding.

Example: Cement Board siding is growing in demand.

Roofing...

BTW - Welcome to CT.
