New To Board

Hey, I don't have much to say right now, but wanted to introduce myself. I'm a new GC from Texas hanging on by my teeth. I'm a "former" U.S. Marine and I have worked for Union Pacific as an engineer for years, and now I have decided to be my own boss. It's been slow going so far, but it looks like I'll be purchasing some property near a lake soon to begin planning a build. Anyway, I'll swing by every now and then to get some advice (I really need it!!!) and see how yal are doing. Talk to ya later.

Hey Grumpy, how was the vacation? With you away, the board was too quiet! (sorry Nathan, but you ARE the webmaster!).

Welcome - How about you do your own intro instead of resurecting a 2004 one for someone else?

Re: New To Board

LOL. Looks like the OP never did come back for advice......at least under that screen name. If he thought it was rough in 2004.............wonder what he is doing now?
