Need Cheap General Liability 1 Million Kansas
Hey All-
I need a very reasonably (cheap) priced general liability policy for my remodeling LLC in Kansas. had Zurich, but they are no longer doing the contractors policies ( at least that's what she told me ) I still have a builders risk policy with them for each job site we work on, but I need General Liability Coverage just need 1 mil. Any Referrals or help I can get would be greatly appreciated...in business since 2000. Thanks. |

Thanks- Price was great, but they don't do business in Kansas or Missouri, my two states. Anyone know any other cheap contractors insurance programs / policies?

Or do you mean good value and affordable for reasonable coverage ?

The Hartford. It's been my carrier (two buinesses) for years.
The marine side now requires $5M in my area.

You DONT need cheap Insurance...
You need good, affordable coverage from a reliable company. When you need them to pay out, you dont need to be told that you are not covered. |

Overland Park KS but do most of my business in Kansas City (MO side) I had insurance with Zurich. They discontinued the General Liability (zero claims) but let me keep my builders risk plan. It covers the projects we are working on but it's not a general liability policy and now I need to add workman's comp.

Actually, yes I need cheap insurance. I'm setting up with a couple of lenders that require me to furnish proof of insurance in order to bid jobs. Once I get some accepted bids ($$$$$$) then I can purchase the insurance in the golden binder. Until then, I need CHEAPPPPPPPPPP!. Peace, Alan B in KC
